SSLSD VESAK SIL PROGRAMME- 2024

On Friday, May 17, 2024, the Stafford Sri Lankan School in Qatar successfully hosted a Sil Observation programme in celebration of Vesak Full Moon Poya Day. This event saw active participation from students, teachers, and parents, creating a serene and spiritually uplifting atmosphere.

The programme included a series of sacred activities such as Buddha Pooja, Morning and Midday Dhana, Meditation sessions, Dhamma Sermons, and Dhamma Discussions. These activities provided an opportunity for all attendees to engage in deep reflection and spiritual practice, honoring the significance of Vesak.
