SSLSD MUN IV 2023

The fourth conference of the SSLSD MUN Club unfolded successfully from March 3rd to 4th, 2023, featuring the participation of bright minds from a diverse range of schools, including Newton British Academy, Park House English School, The Next Generation School, and North Star Academy.

SSLSD MUN IV serves as an excellent platform for students to acquire knowledge and experience in international diplomacy and global issues. During this conference, students engage in simulations of the United Nations, representing different countries and collaborating to find solutions to global challenges.

This year's MUN conference focused on four crucial themes: "No Poverty," "Sustainable Communities and Cities," "Affordable and Clean Energy," and "Reduced Inequality." The event was honored by the presence of Mr. Kashyapa Ukwatta, Minister Counsellor of the Embassy of Sri Lanka in Qatar.
